Day 1

LUSAKA

Lusaka City (Zambias Capital City)

Lusaka is the capital of Zambia. In the center, sprawling Lusaka City Market sells clothing, produce and other goods. The National Museum exhibits archaeological finds and contemporary art. Nearby, the Freedom Statue commemorates Zambia’s struggle for independence. South of the city, Munda Wanga Environmental Park has a wildlife sanctuary and botanical garden. The Lilayi Elephant Nursery cares for orphaned elephants.

Day 2

SOUTH LUANGWA

South Luangwa National Park is in east Zambia’s Luangwa River valley. It’s known for its abundant wildlife. Inside the Mfuwe Gate entrance, the river is often crowded with hippos. The woodland savannah is home to hundreds of bird species. Trails from the park’s lodges wander past baobab trees, herds of elephants and rare Thornicroft’s giraffes. Spotlights are used to locate the leopard population after dark.

Transfer to South Luangwa by road.

Activities: Full day Game Drive

LUSAKA

Chinyunyu Hot Spring (stop over spot from South Luangwa)

After breakfast Transfer from South Luangwa to Lusaka

Day 5

LIVINGSTONE

Victoria Falls (View from the Sky)

Livingstone is a town in southwestern Zambia, a few kilometers from the Zambezi River and the border with Zimbabwe. It’s a hub for visitors to the Victoria Falls. The adjoining Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park surrounds the Zambian side of the falls. The Livingstone Museum traces local history and archaeology, and the life of the Scottish explorer, David Livingstone, after whom the town was named.

Day 6

VICTORIA FALLS DAY – LIVINGSTONE

Victoria Falls is a waterfall in southern Africa on the Zambezi River at the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Activities; Rhino Walk, Victoria Falls Guided Tour, Cultural Village.
