TANZANIA UNFORGETTABLE WALKING SAFARI ADVENTURE

Day 1: ARRIVAL
Following your arrival at Kilimanjaro International airport, you will be collected by our friendly driver and transferred to Arusha for overnight stay.

Day 2: ARUSHA TO NGORONGORO HIGHLAND
In the morning after breakfast you will have a short briefing from your guide. Thereafter you will jump into your jeep and driven to Ngorongoro Crator for half day game driven. Dinner and overnight stay at Nainokanoka campsite.
OR
Driven to Ngorongoro Nainokanoka set up campsite and evening hiking to Olmoti  Crater spend 2-3 hours within Olmoti Crater exploring its falls and streams before overnight at Nainokanoka Campsite.

Day 3: NAINOKANOKA TO BULATI MAASAI VILLAGE
 Today after breakfast you will start your walking through EBULIBUL DEPRESSION with a picnic lunchbox following by Donkeys carrying your bags, food and camping gears. Walking through grassland following the animals trail heading to bulati village also on your way you will cross the deer of the Maasai and you can spot some animals like antelopes and buffaloes. The tour will need 7-8 hours.

Day 4: BULATI TO EMPAKAI
In the morning after breakfast you will follow the path through open grassland, bush, hills and forest .Step by step you will get higher and at the end will reach the edge of the EMPAKAI Crator .We will set up the camp for the night. The hiking track is 9km long and runs about 6 hours.

Day 5: EMPAKAI TO ACACIA
Today we will start at Empakai Crator village and heading down to the bottom of the crater. Down there you will find ram forest and a lake, the habitat for lots of different birds and buffaloes. After rounding the crater on the edge you will get down to the north-west side and make your way to acacia camp .The walking distance for today is around 15km in 9 hours.

Day 6: Acacia to Kamakia
After a breakfast you will start your walking down to the base of Ol Doinyo Lengai. And the driver will pick you up and take you up and take you to the Lake Natron at kamakia campsite .Today walking will be about 6km in 5-6 hours.

Day 7: Kamakia
 Today you will wake up very early morning at around 1 or 2 am. The driver will pick you up and be driven to the bottom of Ol Doinyo Lengai. Get your self-organized for a climb of 2878 meters. On top of the mountain you will enjoy an awesome sunrise combined with recreation time. Afterwards you will start your way back down to the camp in the late morning. In the afternoon you can do any easy activities hike to the lake Natron water falls.

Day 8: Lake Natron to Arusha.
Early after breakfast we leave from Natron (Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai) you will be driven back to Arusha. On your way you will stop at the ruins of Engaruka. 500 years ago there lived thousands of farmers. With a special irrigation system it was possible to cultivate the field. Today it is still possible to see the canal system, the field and many cultural and historical features.  You arrive in Arusha for drop off at Arusha Airport.
