Day 01 : Antananarivo
Arrival in Ivato International Airport. Reception by HT Agency Tours, Meet and greet. Once you have passed customs formalities, it is to the driver/guide to smooth through the rest of the arrivals process - changing money, setting up your phone with the new SIM card, and anything else you need. We will provide 1 SIM cards with Data + National Call + 5mn International call for your stay in Madagascar; it will be easier for us to contact each other. Transfer directly to the hotel in town “Antananarivo”.

Day 02 : Antananarivo – Antsirabe
In the morning, after breakfast, we will start the day with visiting the local market. Huge public space, Analakely extends trade pavilions to Soarano station. At the shops of the pavilions of Analakely, the trade and the exchanges are done in peace, in the aisles of the pavilions where you will be able more calmly to make your purchases while strolling through the 820 stands. Adjoining the pavilions, the esplanade of Analakely is now converted into a huge car park and from time to time as a cultural space. Where once huge white umbrellas invaded the esplanade every Friday from where the name "zoma" to become the time of a day per week, the largest open-air market in the world.
After the visit, on rout to go to Antsirabe with some stops on the road to enjoy the landscape, for photos and for some little breaks if it is necessary. Continue to the town of “Fois Gras” for lunch. On the way, as you head out of the city into the country side, you will pass through the beautiful landscapes of the Merina people, witnessing along the way the everyday life of the these people, who were (and really still are) the ruling class in Madagascar. Arrive in Antsirabe toward in the end of the afternoon. Check-in at the hotel.

Day 03 : Antsirabe – Ambositra
Early in the morning, after breakfast, city tour in Antsirabe. Then, drive to the west of Antsirabe 22km, on the road to Morondava, this typical merina village is worth to visit. The site consists of a shopping district and an old town. We will visit some houses and blacksmiths (working tools: beche, plow, knife ...) and also the life of the people of the highlands in the region of Vakinankaratra. The visit will take half day and then drive back to Antsirabe for lunch. After lunch, direction to the South with enjoying the beautiful landscape Betsileo composed of terraced ricefields. Arrive in Ambositra at the end of the afternoon, check-in at the hotel.

Day 04 : Ambositra
Early in the morning, transfer to the departure point for your hike in the zafimaniry area. Today, a picnic lunch is required. The so-called Zafimaniry countries (pronounced "Zaf'manir '") is an isolated region of Madagascar near the city of Ambositra. Inhabited by one of the 18 ethnic groups of Madagascar bearing the same name, this region is characterized by the atypical architectural style of its villages, its crafts, as well as by the particularity of the Zafimaniry culture. You will spend all days for the visit and the transfer. After the visit, drive back to the town Ambositra.

Day 05 : Ambositra - Sahambavy
After breakfast, a small city tour to discover the local market. Then direction to the South with enjoying the beautiful landscape of Betsileo composed of ricefields terraces. After 4 and half hours, arrive in Sahambavy, check-in at the hotel. One of the reputations of this area is the tea plantation. Sahambavy tea grows at an altitude of 1250m, on a green hill with a view of rice fields and small lakes on the horizon. It is the landscape of Sahambavy that means the field of women, given by the number of women working there.

Day 06 : Sahambavy – Tolongoina - Fianarantsoa
After breakfast, transfer to the railroad station towards Manakara (by train). Departure at 7.00 in Fianarantsoa, it will pass through 17 stations, including Sahambavy at about 07.50 and where the break point is longer than the others. The route of this train is composed of 67 bridges and 47 tunels, this is one of the steepest course in the world, you can admire one of the most beautiful landscapes of Madagascar : the hill of the highlands to reach the sea. You will live one of the best experiences with traveling on this old train. 3 hours after leaving Sahambavy, you will be picked up by the driver in Tolongoina, then transfer directly to Fianarantsoa.

Day 07 : Fianarantsoa
This day is destinated to a total Village Immersion. After breakfast, you will be guided to a countryside next to the capital to discover the real life of the Betsileo (Culture, way of life, …), you will walk through the ricefiels, you will discover all the process to grows rice. A lunch in the village will be organized (Malagasy lunch). Walk back to the hotel after the visit.

Day 08 : Fianarantsoa
After breakfast, transfer to forty kilometers to the west of the city of Fianarantsoa (Road track which requires a 4x4 car), in the heart of the highlands of Madagascar, the village of Soatanana is the historical center of the "Disciples of the Lord", a fundamentalist Protestant movement whose practitioners have the peculiarity of being invariably dressed in white. Isolated in the heart of the island Betsileo country (one of the eighteen ethnic groups of Madagascar), the original village was nicknamed by its founder "The New Jerusalem". A lunch with the local people will be organized. After the visit, drive back to Fianarantsoa.

Day 09 : Fianarantsoa - Ifaty
Early in the morning, back to the road for the South to reach the fisherman village Ifaty, by passing through the city of Ambalavao and the famous Isalo. During the journey, we can often stop to notice the various change of the mountain and rice field landscape. Arrival in Ifaty at the end of the day.

Day 10 : Ifaty - Ambatomilo
After the breakfast, visit in the fisherman village of Ifaty, this is a very good opportunity to discover their way of life, what they used to do, ... then continuation towards to Ambatomilo. Ambatomilo is little known and therefore preserved from mass, which makes the charm of this idyllic place located in the south-west of Madagascar. It is a true paradise on the emerald and turquoise lagoon, on the edge of the Mozambique Channel.

Day 11/12 : Ambatomilo
These days are dedicated with relaxing. Although the beach of Ambatomilo is one of the most beautiful in the world, relaxing is not the only interesting activity to practice. Snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, what you discover unusual landscapes between sea and forest. Finally, for an authentic stay, meet locals to discover their way of life and their culture revolving around fishing.

Day 13 : Ambatomilo – Tulear – Antananarivo
After breakfast, free time for the whole of this day before driving back to the airport of Tulear for flight to Antananarivo . You can leave Ambatomilo as late as possible, enjoy the last day with doing some activities; leave at 3:00PM for example (The transfer from Ambatomilo to Tulear airport takes 2houres and half, and you must be at the airport at the latest 1 hour before the departure time). On your arrival in Antananarivo, transfer to a local restaurant for dinner, and then transfer back to the Antananarivo airport for your external flight.
