DAY1: WELCOMING (TRANSFER)
Arrival at Ivato International Airport. You will be welcomed by HT Agency Tours Staff. Once you have passed customs formalities, our Guide will smooth through the rest of the arrivals process - changing money, setting up your phone with the new SIM card, and anything else you need. We will provide 2 (two) SIM cards with Data + National Call + 5mn International call for your stay in Madagascar; it will make our contact easier. Transfer directly to the hotel in town for check-in “Antananarivo”.

DAY 02 : TANA – MIANDRIVAZO
Early in morning, after breakfast, on rout to go to Miandrivazo with some stops on the road to enjoy the landscape, for photos and for some little breaks if it is necessary. On the way, as you head out of the city into the country side, you will pass through the beautiful landscapes of the Merina people, witnessing along the way the everyday life of the these people, who were (and really still are) the ruling class in Madagascar. We also stop in Ambatolampy to see aluminum pot making. Arrive in Antsirabe around noon for lunch. After Lunch, back to the road to reach Miandrivazo. Arrive in Miandrivazo toward in the end of the afternoon.

DAY 03 : MIANDRIVAZO – DESCENT ON TSIRIBIHINA RIVER
At 9:00, boarding to the south of Miandrivazo (30 km) and beginning of the descent to the river. A three days journey crossing through the completely wilderness. Along the way, discovery of several species of birds, bats, sometimes group of lemurs. Lunch, dinner and overnight on the white sand stretch (under tent).

DAY 04 : DESCENT ON THE TSIRIBIHINA RIVER
Continuing the descent. Observation of crocodiles, birds and pictures of villages animating. Off to a huge waterfall and natural pool. Bathing. Meals and overnight camping (tent).

DAY 05 : BELO SUR TSIRIBIHINA - BEKOPAKA
End of descent around noon. A 4X4 is waiting for you in Belo sur Tsiribihina. Lunch in the village, and then continue to the North through a landscape of rice fields and small village, to arrive at the end of the afternoon at Bekopaka.

DAY 06 : BEKOPAKA
After breakfast, guided visit to the Bemaraha National Park (Grand Tsingy), you can choose whichever tour you want to do on this day, in consultation with your local guide and your driver, depending on your energy levels and enthusiasm on the day. There are circuits for all levels of fitness here at this World Heritage park. Here nature seems to be in perfect harmony with this wild and sharp limestone mountain. The flora consists of a dry western deciduous forest, plants typical of these dry limestone areas, such as species of Aloe and baobab Andasonia, the red-flowered flamboyant tree, Madagascar’s native banana Musa perrier. You can also see typical plants growing in the rocky area such pachypodium, orchids Concerning the fauna we can see the stump-tailed chameleon Brookesia perarmata, 53 bird, 7 lemur species including Decken’s sifaka Propithecus verreauxi deckeni.
For your lunch, you will have picnic organized by the guide. You will continue your visit to the Small Tsingy.

DAY 07 : BEKOPAKA - KIRINDY
Earlier in the morning, after the breakfast, reach directly the famous Kirindy. Check-in at your hotel.
Around 6:30 PM, beginning of the Guided night walks at Kirindy Reserve. Kirindy is the best place in the whole island to observe fosa. Other nocturnal species includes: the rare Coquerel's giant mouse lemur
and pygmy mouse-lemur, fork-crowned lemur, grey mouse lemur, western fat-tailed dwarf lemur and red-tailed sportive lemur. Several bats, tenrecs, mongoose and rodents complete the mammal population.

DAY 08 : KIRINDY - MORONDAVA
After breakfast, around 7:30 AM, beginning of the Guided day visits at Kirindy reserve. Kirindy Reserve is home to seven species of lemur. The most common are the common brown lemurs and the Verreaux's sifakas. These long-legged, seven-pound lemurs, white with dark patches, leap among tree trunks high in the canopy, propelled by their powerful hind legs but continually maintaining an upright posture. 40 bird, 50 reptile and 15 amphibian species are also found in this magnificent forest.
In the afternoon, on the way to Morondava with two special stops, the first in Baobab Amoureux and the second in the famous Streets of Baobabs to appreciate a beautiful sunset. Arrival at Morondava in early evening, transfer to the hotel.

DAY 09 : MORONDAVA – MANJA
Early departure to reach the small town of Belo-sur-Mer, 80 kilometers south of Morondava. You take the trail through a beautiful landscape: skeletal vegetation that resists prolonged drought. Crossing the salt flats and the first ford of Ankambatomena about 150 meters wide. Arrival in Belo-sur-Mer, pleasant fishing village Vezo, bordered by clear waters, where it is good to stroll to observe the construction of dhows. The fishing village counts as one of the most active shipyards on the west coast of Madagascar. A family of Breton carpenters named Joachim, installed in Madagascar more than a century ago, was originally schooners sailing on the fringe southwest of Madagascar, transmitting his know-how and plans. The goal is to manufacture boats capable of transporting, among other things, salt produced locally, to other coastal cities of the island. Lunch at a local restaurant. Then back to the road to Sakalava lands. The arid landscapes of the West are scattered in dry forests. Arrival in the middle of the afternoon, check-in at the hotel. Manja means "blackish or pretty" and was in the nineteenth century the capital of a small kingdom. The women of this region are distinguished by a particular hairstyle called "Dokodoko".

DAY 10 : MANJA – SALARY
Departure very early in the morning. After a long crossing of laterite track, drawn in the middle of a magnificent baobab savannah, you arrive on the edge of the Mangoky river and then cross it in ferry. Continue to Morombe by an old road. From there to Andavadoaka is only one hour of crossing track on both sides bush and mangrove. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, only a very pleasant half day on the track to join Salary. Along a sandy track, you cross beautiful dunes, forests and beautiful fishing villages when you see the blue of the sea from time to time. The arrival at Salary is simply magical at any time of the day. Beach of fine white sand and a turquoise lagoon that give only one desire: stay there permanently. DAY 11/12 : SALARY
These days are dedicated to relax in the beautiful natural white beach. Night at the Slary Bay (Bed and Breakfast)

DAY 13 : SALARY - TULEAR
After breakfast, drive to Tulear through Ifaty. From a distance, the coral reef is huge and the sand dunes line the road. Lunch in Ifaty. After a short break, visit in the famous Reniala Reserve (Baobab Forest), the visit will take 1hour30. Then drive directly to Tulear. Night at the Hypocampo (Bed and Breakfast)

DAY 14 : TOLIARA - ISALO
After breakfast, back to the road for the North to reach the city of Ranohira, to meet Isalo National Park with one stop for a little detour at the arboretum of Antsokay for discovering the endemic and threatened plants of the South Area. One another stop, 11 km after Sakaraha and 147km after Toliara, visit in the Zombitse National Park. This park is reputed with their endemic fauna species, with about 60 species of birds including 47% endemic to Madagascar, 24% endemic to the Malagasy region and a local endemic species - the Phylastrephus apperti, endemic Lacertilians and vulnerable species. Ispidina
madagascariensis was recorded in the Zombitse forest. It is the only Protected Area with Phelsuma standingi and Phyllastrephus apperti. There are also 08 species of lemurs, some of which are almost endangered, such as the Phaner furcifer pallescens.
After the visit, Continu to the Isalo. During the journey, you could often stop to enjoy the various changes of the mountain and landscape. Arrive in Isalo, Check-in at your hotel and then drive to the famous Window of Isalo to appreciate the breathtaking and spectacular scene of the color of the sun (Sunset). Drive back to the hotel after.

DAY 15 : ISALO
After breakfast, a day dedicated to trekking and discovery of the parc, composed of massif in form of ruin dating from jurassic, discovery of the most beautiful landscape of Madagascar. Hike and visit accross : the canyon of makis, the natural pool, where you can go for a dip, etc… picnic lunch in the park. At the end of the afternoon. Back to the hotel the hotel around 2:30 for preparing a little tour by horses (Horse Riding). After 1hour of visit; back to the hotel.

DAY 16 : ISALO - RANOMAFANA
After breakfast, on rout to go to Ranomafana with some stops to enjoy the landscape, for photos and for some little breaks if it is necessary. 13 km before arriving in Ambalavao, one special stop in Anja Reserve for maximum 2 hours of visit. The space is enriched with an ecological wealth of flora and fauna species, most notable for its dense population of semi-tame ring-tailed lemurs. Then, continue to the north by passing through the city of Ambalavao for lunch, with a small visit of product factory where you have the opportunity to learn the history of the famous Antemoro paper and the Silk. Arrive in Ranomafana at the end of the afternoon, Check-in at your hotel.

DAY 17 : RANOMAFANA
Today, your journey is in the village of Ifanadiana, well known for the Ranomafana National Park.
In the morning, departure for a visit at the heart of the wet forest of Ranomafana National Park, a reserved area typical and belonging to the remaining forest corridor longing the East part of the great island. Discovery of the wealth of the endemic biodiversity of the region, such as the rare species and gravely threatened lemurs, many species of rare plants and endemic used by the local population for traditional medecine…
Trekking in the forest by following a track longing the forest passing through beautiful waterfall, meeting the rare species on the way. Back to the hotel for lunch. In the end of the afternoon, around 18:00, beginning of the night walk.

DAY 18 : RANOMAFANA - ANTSIRABE
After breakfast, direction towards the North with enjoying the beautiful Betsileo landscape composed of terraced ricefields. Main stop at Ambositra for lunch, followed by a small tour of the city to discover the typical Malagasy craft of the region : the marquetry, weaving, and especially wood carving. Then, continue to the city in the highlands of Madagascar, capital of the Vakinankaratra region, in the center of the island. It is the third largest city of Madagascar. Arrive in Antsirabe at the end of the afternoon.

DAY 19 : ANTSIRABE - ANDASIBE
Early in the morning, after breakfast, city tour in Antsirabe by rickshaw (Visit: Avenue of independence, the famous Hotel des Thermes, market of stones and the little Factory of Horn). After the visit, on rout to go to Andasibe with some stops to enjoy the landscape, for photos and for some little
breaks if it is necessary. One special stop in the Pereiras park. The fascinating park owned by the Peyrieras family, to see Cocquerel's Sifaka, and chameleons and many other reptiles, and some other Malagasy animals such as butterflies, moths (the giant Atlas Moth) and tenrecs. After the visit, continue directly to reach Andasibe. On your arrival, check-in at the hotel and then relax for the rest of the day.

DAY 20 : ANDASIBE (PERINET)
After breakfast, Guided visit to Analamazaotra National Park (It is better to leave the hotel at 7:30AM). This morning you need an early start to catch the Indri-Indri and the Diademed Sifaka in their forest home. The visit takes about 4 hours. Within a mile of the park you can hear the peculiar call of the indri very early in the morning until noon and again in the late afternoon. Indris (called Babakoto in Malagasy) are the largest living lemurs at all reaching up to 1 meter. Andasibe is the best place to observe the Indris given that there are a couple of families habituated to humans. It lives in small groups and cannot survive in captivity. There are several legends trying to explain its origins since it is considered a sacred animal in the whole Madagascar. Apart from the Indri, another 13 lemur species inhabit these forests, such as woody lemur, grey bamboo lemur, diademed sifaka, brown lemur, red mouse-lemur, red-bellied lemur, black and white ruffed lemur and even aye-aye.
Lunch.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy an amazing up close and personal experience with lemurs on the private Lemurs Island and then on to view many other species in the Vakona Reserve Zoo, where you will see many crocodiles in the huge river enclosure, native birds, and other wildlife in well-kept surroundings..
Around 6:30PM, beginning of the Guided night visits, the visit will take 1hour and half, and then drive back to the hotel.

DAY 21 : ANDASIBE - ANTANANARIVO

This days is dedicated to transfer you back to the capital, so after breakfast drive directly up to the capital.

DAY 22 : ANTANANARIVO (External flight)

Today, after breakfast, 45mn visit in Queen’s Palace (Rova Manjakamiadana), and then transfer to the market for shopping and purchase some souvenirs. Then, transfer directly to the international airport for your external flight.
