Overview

The 14 days safari helps you transverse Kenya in a way never done before. The experince is wonderful, the views are unique and the moments  are non forgettable.  

Day 1:- Arrival

Arrival and Pick up from the airport and drop in a hotel. Spend the rest of the time free

Day 2:-Nairobi City tour

A Nairobi city tour trip starts early in the morning. We organize the tour seemlessly and this will enable you visit an alley of tourist attraction in Nairobi.

Karen Blixen Museum was once the center piece of a farm at the foot of the Ngong Hills. Its owners were Danish Author Karen and her Swedish Husband, Baron Bror von Blixen Fincke. Its location is only 10km from the city Centre and the Museum belongs to a different time period in the history of Kenya.

 Afterwards head to the David Sheldrick elephant orphanage, Nairobi safari walk, and the giraffe center.

The David Sheldrick elephant orphanage offers shelter to elephant calves who have been captured in the wild in different parks of Kenya. The calves are usually orphaned due to either poaching or even natural calamities. Consequently take care of the young ones until they are ready to be integrated back to the mainstream national parks. A visit to this park allows you to watch the young ones being fed between 11.0am -12.00nooon every day.

The giraffe Centre is home to giraffes that mingle very well with the tourist who come visiting. You will get a lifetime experience of feeding them at close range as you take very close photos.

Day 3:- Nairobi – Masai Mara

Pick up from the hotel after breakfast, safari briefing and drive via the scenic Great Rift Valley, A brief stop at the view point to get a view /take photos of the Great Rift Valley.

We arrive to arrive in good time for lunch. A short  game drive is taken before returning to the camp. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4:-Masai Mara National Reserve

Full day spent exploring the park in search of the Big 5. Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the best known and most popular reserves in the whole of Africa wildebeest migration you could see thousands of animals, at other times there are still hundreds. The plains are full of wildebeest, zebra, impala, topi, giraffe, Thomson's gazelle. Also regularly seen are leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetah, jackal and bat-eared foxes. Black rhino are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance. Dinner and overnight

(Hot air balloon safaris are readily available in this park at an extra cost of USD$450 per person).

Day 5:- Mara – Nakuru

 Early morning game drive as from 0630hrs-0930hrs, this game drive is very important as you will have an opportunity to capture early morning hunts. After breakfast proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park with stop over at the rift valley view point for a fantastic view of this wonderfully made floor of the rift valley arriving in Nakuru early afternoon. Lake Nakuru is often referred to as the Pink Lake due to its Great masses of Flamingos. Dinner and overnight.

 

Day 6:- Nakuru Nyeri
Leave Nakuru after breakfast and head to the higher altitude area of the Aberdares. Enroute you will have a stopover at the Thomson’s fall and have the great moment as you approach the central part of Kenya. Later, you will check into your hotel. The afternoon is at leisure.

Day  7:- Aberdare – Nanyuki

On this day after breakfast, you will leave the lodge with  packed picnic lunch for a whole day trekking tour usually accompanied by an armed ranger. You will trek through the moorland, viewing the beautiful hills, valleys, waterfalls, and the wildlife. In the evening drive to the nearby Nanyuki for overnight stay

Day 8:- Ol Pejeta Conservancy

The day sees the team drive to the Ol pejeta conservancy for a whole day game drive. The activities here include a visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary where you will be able to interact with the rare animals. The game drive allows to see host of animals that include buffaloes, lions, and cheetahs among others. The highlight of the visit is the visit to the Rhino sanctuary where you will meet the endangered  Northern Rhinos that are in a protected area. Then later in the afternoon head back to the hotel for late lunch and resting. Dinner and overnight in the hotel room. 

 

Day 9:-Mt. Kenya day trip

After breakfast drive to the Mt. Kenya park entrance for registration. Hoping the mountain climate is good, the visitors will have a good day to take many photos. Afterwards hike up through the rainforest up to Met station a distance of 9kms with an elevation of 3040m above the sea level.

The day trip offers a lifetime opportunity to walk past different mountainous vegetation type. Starting with the dense forest, then the bamboo forest before clearing up at the near moorland vegetation type as you get to the Met station.

After some resting, taking photos and having  lunch, head back to the gate and then to the hotel room.

 

Day 10:-  Naromoru to  Nairobi then Amboseli

After breakfast and safari briefing  travel back to Nairobi for lunch then proceed to the Amboseli National reserve at the foot of snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, with game views enroute.  Arrive in good time for Dinner. 
Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 11:- Amboseli National Park

A full day in this photogenic park. Morning and afternoon game drives.

Amboseli National Park offers you the best opportunity of seeing the critically endangered black rhino, along with a spectacular range of wildlife. The area's low and well-munched vegetation also ensures that animals are easy to spot. Lions can easily be found and can occasionally be watched stalking their prey. Buffalo, cheetah, gazelle, hyena, jackal, wildebeest, zebra, and baboon are just some of the animals that can be encountered at Amboseli.

Streams from Kilimanjaro surface in the center of Amboseli, creating swamps that attract and support a rich diversity of wild animals and birdlife. Most of Amboseli is flat and dusty and so the best spots for game drives.   All Meals and overnight at the designated Camp.

Pre-breakfast game drive, afternoon depart for Mombasa arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 12 Amboseli - Mombasa

Pre-breakfast game drive, afternoon depart for Mombasa arriving in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 13:- Mombasa.

Days spent relaxing and sun bathing at the beach resort and visiting the attraction sites in the coastal region.

Day 14:- Mombasa Nairobi.
Mid morning check out from your hotel room and transfer to the airport in Mombasa. Catch your flight from Mombasa to Jomo Kenyatta international Airport in Nairobi to prepare for heading back home that day or the next one
